Telecoms Process Consultant: Provides consultancy on business process design within the telecoms environment. Provides design, development and review of relevant business processes to support stated requirements, with an end-to-end viewpoint. Documents and publishes processes with ARIS by IDS Scheer.
IT Management Consultant: Provides consultancy on management process for IT and telecoms service management and operations, focusing on service management processes, operations efficiency and batch management, including process mapping, reviews, redesigns and audits. Tim also supports clients implementing the IBM/Tivoli product Decision Support for OS/390 (aka Performance Reporter for OS/390 aka EPDM).
