Transferring ADMGDF files to VM for display or SCRIPTing

    1. Use batch program UTW94 in MVS to transmit the file.
       See SWDATA.MANUAL.DMH06 for documentation, and ACTESTS.EPDM.CNTL(VMGDF)
       for an example.
    2. CHA RDR spool-id CLASS A
    3. use UTWLOAD in VM to receive the file, specifying
       UTWLOAD spool-id
    4. The file can now be displayed by ICU or by CHACHA exec (REXX sample)
