How to Add a Graph to DEMO1

    1. Add the graph (a GDF) to either ACTESTS.EPDM.CHARTS, using either
       PF2 SAVE in GDDM-ICU or by specifying a save member name in the
       BATCH pull-down of the Reports list,
       preferably following the naming standard.
    2. Change the panel ACTEST.EPDM.PLIB(DEMOP1)
       to add the graph to the text; in the PROC section,
       change the checks to allow it to be specified.
    3. Change the display exec DEMO2 in ACTEST.EPDM.EXEC to add the item
