Changing keys in summary tables

• Use new local table name.
• Change userid in DB2_USER_TRAN_D,_W and USER_APPL_W to Area-Branch-Dept based on ACF/2 xref flatfile.
• Took about two days work to develop and test.
• Usual probs with authorisation, writing and storing reports etc.
• *** Shows an 'OTHER' bucket (Area ZZ, Branch ZZZ, Dept ZZZZ) caused by the flatfile being 24 hours behind the ACF/2 Directory.
• *** There are some 'userids' that aren't in ACF/2 (inter-region trans shipping links). The volume may be very large; all get 'ZZ'.
