Obviates need to collect backwards to populate the table! Also potentially useful for repairs. 
    1. Work out which is the base table.
    2. RECALC FROM base_table WHERE MVS_SYSTEM_ID = 'sys';
       will reset all the tables in the 'chain of updates'
    3. TIMINGS for DB2 part of SP, one-two days data
