Size of DB2_USER_x (APPL, TRAN)
Requires thoughtful control of table size as no user grouping has been implemented
in the DB2 tables, thus 1 row per user per combination of other keys.
Find out what is the value of the data? How can it be used effectively?
** Could do hard purging, automated (lots of data, short period covered)
** Alter the Update to group users
** At least two days to impl and test
** Issues re use of LOOKUP -- what if you want three fields from each row?
