Working As Designed

    a. Wanted to set a trace using DRLESTRA -- the panel DRLDTRAC does not
    allow LOCATE command, which the Dialog book says is valid everywhere.
    b. Viewing LOG RECORD defs (330 lines long) -- the panel DRLDALRF does not
    allow LOCATE command, which the Dialog book says is valid everywhere.
    *** Lab response is 'LOCATE cmd requires a SORT first, which would
        destroy the structure of the data'
